A New Look: Help Update Homewood's Appearance Plan

Where: Village Hall Board Room

What:  The Village is updating the Appearance Plan, a document that guides new development and alterations to existing properties. The Appearance Plan will provide guidelines for: exterior building materials; landscaping; signs; and lighting. The Plan applies to multi-family buildings, mixed-use buildings, and non-residential buildings; it does not apply to single-family homes, 2- or 3-flats, or townhomes.

 Bring your ideas about what is working and what could be improved to help shape the guidelines of the new Appearance Plan.
