This year’s Homewood Artisan Street Fair brings back the incredible arts and artisans. Creative makers are paired with lively outdoor entertainment for the event of the season. This year the event will be even greater with more than 90 local and regional artisans from around Chicagoland & Midwest. Look for FREE crafts for the kids!

Friday, June 3rd
4 p.m. – 6 p.m. MG Bailey-Soulful blends of the blues, pop, and punk.
7 p.m. – 9 p.m. How Rude!-90s favorites from grunge to pop.
Saturday, June 4th
10 a.m. – 11 a.m. Mark Alexander-upbeat contemporary favorites.
1 p.m. – 3 p.m. Eric Lambert-American folk.
4 p.m. – 6p.m. TiMELeSS Evolution-Blend of rock, soul, and R&B.
Community Art
The Homewood Business Association has collaborated with GoodSpeed Cycles, Ford of Homewood, and the Village of Homewood for the next public art installation…Bike Racks! Community members have painted bike racks that will beautify Homewood, provide additional bicycle parking, and encourage all to bike around the community! While shopping the various artists at the event, stop by the HBA booth to view the racks.
Here is something to smile about, Homewood-Flossmoor High School students are bringing community smiles to the South Suburbs.
“Smiles are Contagious” is a photo celebration by Homewood-Flossmoor High School students and the community which recognizes a variety of residents in the Homewood and Flossmoor area. The community art-based project consists of 110 photos of smiling residents of the Villages of Homewood and Flossmoor and the students in H-F high school’s Media, Visual and Performing Arts (MVP) Academy. The project will be available for viewing through June 30th
The 110 pictures in the exhibit will be divided between the two communities. In Homewood they will be 2059 Ridge Road and 18065 Harwood Ave and in Flossmoor 2800 Flossmoor Road.
