Holladay Properties Pre-Meeting with the Planning and Zoning Commission

On March 10, the Village Board selected Holladay Properties as the developer to complete redevelopment of two Downtown properties:

  • 2024 Chestnut Road (Village Hall Parking Lot)
  • 2066 Ridge Road (Matrix Building Site)

At that time, the Village Board instructed Village staff to begin development negotiations and move forward with planning/zoning reviews for both projects. To begin the process of planning/zoning review with the Village, Holladay Properties will present their development proposal as part of a “pre-meeting” for the project with the Planning and Zoning Commission on April 9. This meeting is the “first step” in the development review and public engagement process for the project.

This “pre-meeting” presentation is designed to provide the Planning and Zoning Commission and Village residents with an initial overview of the project. The meeting also allows an opportunity for Commission members and the public to connect with the developer, ask questions and provide initial feedback on the project. This will be the first of several opportunities for members of the public to get involved with the project.
