Lauren Roman was appointed to the Board of Trustees in 2018. Prior to being appointed, she served on the Community Relations Commission for 6 years.
Lauren has been a resident of Homewood most of her life. Having grown up in Homewood, she attended Homewood public schools and Homewood-Flossmoor High School. She later went on to earn an Associate’s Degree from Prairie State College and a Bachelor’s Degree from Columbia College Chicago.
Lauren is a local realtor working predominately in the south suburbs.
Lauren and her husband, David have two daughters.
