The Village of Homewood provides parking permits FREE of charge for downtown business owners and employees to park in designated parking lots and on certain downtown streets without being ticketed.

 RULES                   

• If you are a Homewood business employee, you must have a current and valid downtown business employee parking sticker.
• If you are a Homewood resident, you must also have a current village vehicle sticker.
• Vehicle must be removed from the street after a snowfall of 2" or more until the snow has been cleared.
• This permit does not allow parking on Dixie Highway or Ridge Road between Dixie and Harwood.
• This permit does not allow parking overnight on village streets.
• Permit holders may park in any of the yellow-highlighted streets and/or parking lots.*

Applications are available on the first floor of the Homewood Village Hall, 2020 Chestnut Road. Contact the Finance Department at 708-798-3000 regarding questions. There is no fee for the permit. This permit allows parking in the eligible area for your zone area only and is not subject to the posted time limits. Permits expire on April 30th of each year and can be renewed.

 *Please note, business employee parking is only available on one side of the following highlighted streets:

• West side of Morris Ave, between Olive Rd and Birch Rd.
• North side of Olive Rd between Morris Ave and Martin Ave.
• South side of Ridge Rd between Gottschalk Ave and Highland Ave
