Martin Avenue and Ridge Road

Holiday Lights is a treasured event in Homewood, capturing the joy, excitement, and traditions of the season in one memorable evening.

Unique stores, boutiques, and restaurants will be filled with gifts and recipes you won't find in any mall.

 

Watch Santa flip the switch for the annual tree lighting ceremony. All will enjoy an ice sculpture demonstration at the Martin Square Tree, the grand holiday carousel, commemorative holiday mugs, and so much more! 

5:00 p.m. - 5:45 p.m. – H-F Viking & Treble Ensemble at Martin Square outside of the white tent in front of the big tree. 

5:00 - 8:30 p.m. - Holiday carolers singing throughout downtown Homewood. 

5:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. – Sing and dance with Elsa, Rapunzel, and Holiday Belle. 

5:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. – Ride the holiday carousel and train at the center of Ridge Road and Martin Avenue! 

5:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. -Free giveaway item - TBA

5:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. - Mulled Wine and holiday mugs sales begin (while supplies last - 1,000 available - $10 mug w/ wine, $5 mug only) at a tent located on Martin Avenue.

5:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. Cookie decorating tent located at Martin Avenue and Ridge Road. ($3.00 suggested donation while supplies last.) 

5:30 p.m. - 7:30 p.m. - Live ice sculpture carving in Martin Square. 

6:00 p.m. - 8:30 p.m. – Live brass band at the white tent in front of the big tree in Martin Square. 

6:50 p.m. - Parade with Santa steps off at the Homewood Fire Department.  Parade route is south on Dixie Highway and east on Ridge Road ending at Irwin Center. 

7:00 p.m. - Tree lighting at Irwin Park
