Do you have confidential documents you need shredded? Shark Shredding will be on-site on Saturday, September 27, 2025 for a Community Shred Day sponsored by the Village of Homewood, the Homewood Public Library, and in conjunction with the Village of Flossmoor's Recyclepalooza. 

The shredding event will be held in the Village Hall parking lot located at 2020 Chestnut Rd. You can drive through or walk up and watch your documents being shredded. It's up to you! Shark Shredding will help remove all boxes from your vehicle. 

A few reminders: 

📄This event is paper only, please. No electronics or prescription pills will be accepted. You can bring all those items and more to the Village of Flossmoor's Recyclepalooza event. 

📄 Limit two boxes. No binder clips, binders or plastic sleeves. 

📄 If you’re walking up with your boxes, please park in the Metra parking lot as no parking will be allowed in the Village Hall parking lot.

📄No business shredding is permitted. Thank you.
