 Police Pension

The Police Pension Board is responsible for approving the eligibility of police department employees entering the pension plan.  The Board approves pensions to be paid to retirees, disabled employees, their dependents or survivors.  The Board also directs the investment of all funds held in the police pension plan. The Board consists of five members:  two active police officers, one retired police officer and two at-large citizens appointed by the Village President.  Regular meetings are held in January, April, July, and October.  Meetings are normally held in the Council Chamber of Village Hall.
