Vendor Reporting (Public Act 102-0265)

 

In accordance with Illinois Public Act 102-0265, the Village of Homewood now collects certain information from our vendors and subcontractors. Specifically, the Village is required to report whether each vendor or subcontractor is a certified minority, women, or veteran-owned business (as defined in the Business Enterprise for Minorities, Women and Persons with Disabilities Act), as well as whether the vendor is certified as a small business under the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) standards. This information is being collected for reporting purposes only. We kindly ask all current and new vendors/subcontractors to respond to the questionnaire regardless of status.
