Planning a private event on Village-owned property? Events that may require Village services or resources—such as assistance from Police, Fire, Public Works or other Village departments—require a Special Event Application. Completing the application allows Village staff to review event details, coordinate necessary services and ensure your event can be held safely and successfully while minimizing impacts on the surrounding community.
