What is ParkMobile?
The ParkMobile app allows users to pay for parking while sitting in their vehicle. If your cell phone does not have the ability to load apps you can call the phone number posted on the signs located in the parking lot. The ParkMobile app will alert you 15 minutes prior to your parking time expiring. It also allows you to remotely extend your parking and has a find my car function.

How Will Enforcement Officers Know That I've Paid?
The officer has the ability to upload information about parking that is paid for as they enter the lot. This process loads license plate numbers with paid parking, including purchases made via the ParkMobile app.
Zone Number Information and Range
Zone numbers are a critical part of your transaction and must be recorded correctly in order for your license plate to be identified by the parking enforcement officers. We have consolidated all three zones into one zone number!

Can a Refund Be Issued If Not Used? Why or why not?
All transactions are non-refundable once purchased. If you purchase more time or days than needed you will not be able to be refunded any remaining time or days.
