The Village of Homewood convenes a Joint Review Board (JRB) annually for each one of the Village’s Tax Increment Finance (TIF) districts, as required by State statute, in order to review the annual report. Each JRB is comprised of the taxing districts affected by the TIF (Cook County, school districts, park districts, etc.).

JRB meetings are posted and announced in accordance with the Illinois Open Meetings Act and are open to the public.
